  We did not have much to choose from, but this condo served the purpose. Very clean and well stocked. Grounds well kept and location perfect. Priced a bit high for not being oceanfront or updated IMO.

  Perfect place to stay when in Florida.
  Orlando and all parks, malls etc just one hour away, Cape Canaveral and all the great nature around as well and after an exhausting trip, there is nothing better than to relax directly at the beach. Downtown New Smyrna and Daytona is very close with shops, restaurants and life, then again here you can enjoy being almost alone at the beach.
  Definitely wish to come back...

  We did not rent through HomeAway but through office at /. Location is convenient and on “no drive” part of beach.. Property is clean. View is beautiful. Love the pool. This unit had everything we needed. Will return and have already recommended to friends. Dollar Store Market is across the street and kept us from running to town every day.

  Great property. Very friendly and helpful management. Right on the wonderful beach. Very relaxing and convent to Daytona, Orlando, Canaveral and lots of other interesting places. Internet a bit slow but manageable
